At this time, IAPA does not have a formal way to provide this opportunity. Currently, we recommend you reach out to PA graduate programs and PAs that you know. We encourage you to use your network of friends and family to gain such opportunities.

A formal PA shadowing process to support a future of diversity in the PA profession is being planned. This website will be updated if and when we create such a process. Good luck!
